The Edmonds Bicycle Advocacy Group are sponsoring our annual Pancake Breakfast fundraiser from 7-10 a.m. this Sunday, Sept. 25, at the Edmonds Masonic Center.
Our breakfast is the kickoff for Cascade Bicycle Club’s Kitsap Color Classic ride on the Kitsap Peninsula. Everyone is welcome. The breakfast cost is $7/person, all-you-can-eat. The breakfast includes pancakes, sausages, eggs, fruit, pastries, juice and coffee.
All proceeds go to support bicycling in South Snohomish County, and to fund new bicycle racks around the City of Edmonds. We also partner with other area cities, such as hosting a kid’s bike rodeo at Lynnwood’s recent new event, Fair on 44th, and partnering with the Edmonds School District and Cascade Bicycle Club to bring a bicycling education program to Edmonds School District’s elementary and middle school PE classes.
You can learn more about last year’s bike rack project in which our group partnered with the Edmonds Downtown Alliance and the City of Edmonds in an earlier story here.
